• Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
\n
• Matching, batching and coding invoices
\n
• Reconciling supplier statements
\n
• Resolving invoice queries with suppliers and internal departments
\n
• Assisting with payment runs
\n
• Supporting month-end processes
\n
• Helping to improve finance processes as your experience develops
\n

We're looking for someone who is eager to learn and build a career within finance. You may already have experience in a junior finance, accounts assistant, accounts administrator or purchase ledger position, or be looking to take your first step into a specialist accounts payable role.You'll ideally have:\n

• Some previous finance or accounts administration experience
\n
• Excellent attention to detail
\n
• Strong communication and organisational skills
\n
• A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
\n
• Ambition to develop a long-term career within finance
