An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly respected regional law firm in Leeds. This role offers exposure to a broad range of commercial property work, acting for clients such as privately owned businesses and charities on high quality, varied transactions within a growing team.

\nDescription
\nThe Commercial Property Solicitor will be:
\n\n* Managing a broad range of commercial property transactions from instruction to completion
\n* Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
\n* Handling landlord and tenant matters for a varied client base
\n* Advising on development, investment and corporate occupier work
\n* Working with clients with inter family and company property transfers alongside specialist private client colleagues
\n* Acting on secured lending matters including mortgages and charges
\n* Preparing and negotiating easements, options, pre emption agreements and other ancillary property documents
\n* Building relationships with clients across privately owned businesses, charities, landed estates and trusts
\nProfile
\nThe Commercial Property Solicitor should be:
\n\n* A solicitor with between 0 and 3 years' PQE
\n* Experienced in commercial property transactions
\n* Confident advising on acquisitions, disposals and landlord and tenant matters
\n* Able to manage files with appropriate supervision
\n* A strong communicator with excellent client care skills
\n* Commercially aware with strong drafting and negotiation abilities
