Llanelli | £40,000 - £50,000 DOE

Are you a litigation lawyer looking to join a well-established and respected South Wales law firm where you can handle a varied and interesting caseload without the pressures of a volume environment?

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Litigator to join a friendly and supportive team based in Llanelli.

The Role\n

You will manage your own caseload across a broad range of civil litigation matters, including:

  • \n

    Contract and commercial disputes

  • \n
  • \n

    Property litigation matters

  • \n
  • \n

    Contentious probate disputes

  • \n
  • \n

    Landlord and tenant disputes

  • \n
  • \n

    Boundary and neighbour disputes

  • \n
  • \n

    General civil litigation matters

  • \n
\n

This is an ideal opportunity for a solicitor, CILEX lawyer or experienced fee earner who enjoys a varied caseload and wants genuine autonomy, client contact and career progression.

About You\n

  • \n

    Qualified Solicitor, FCILEx or experienced Litigation Fee Earner

  • \n
  • \n

    Experience handling contract disputes, property litigation and contentious probate matters

  • \n
  • \n

    Able to manage files independently from instruction through to resolution

  • \n
  • \n

    Strong client care and communication skills

  • \n
  • \n

    Commercially minded with a proactive approach

  • \n
