The Opportunity

An established and growing engineering business is seeking an experienced Ductwork Fitter to join its installation team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on varied projects across the UK, within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality installation work across commercial and industrial sites, including:

\n
• Installation of ductwork systems
\n
• Ventilation and extraction system fitting
\n
• Interpreting and working from engineering drawings
\n
• Ensuring all work meets strict health & safety standards
\n
• Maintaining tools and equipment to a high standard
\n
• Liaising with engineering and operations teams to overcome challenges on-site
\n
• Supporting or leading small teams where required
\n

About You

We’re looking for someone hands-on, reliable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. You should have:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in ductwork installation/fitting
\n
• Valid CSCS Card (essential)
\n
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
\n
• Strong understanding of tolerances and installation standards
\n
• Experience supervising or coordinating site activities (desirable)
\n
• Willingness to travel across the UK and stay away when required
\n

Additional certifications (advantageous):

• SSSTS
\n
• PASMA
\n
• IPAF
\n
