• Lead, motivate, and develop the motorcycle sales team.

• Drive new and used motorcycle sales performance.

• Manage showroom activity and ensure exceptional customer service standards.
\n
• Monitor and achieve sales, finance, and accessory targets.
\n
• Develop effective sales strategies to maximise profitability.
\n
• Oversee stock management and vehicle display standards.
\n
• Support and coach team members through regular performance reviews.
\n
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and manufacturer representatives.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all dealership processes and regulatory requirements.
\n
• Produce regular sales reports and performance analysis.
\n

• Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Business Manager, or Senior Sales Executive within the automotive or motorcycle industry.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
\n
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
\n
• Excellent communication and customer relationship-building abilities.
\n
• Commercial awareness and a results-driven approach.
\n
• Full UK motorcycle licence and/or full UK driving licence.

• Previous motorcycle industry experience.

• Experience with finance and insurance product sales.
\n
• Manufacturer franchise dealership background.

• Passion for motorcycles and motorcycle culture.
