- You'll lead work to strengthen and simplify the set-up of our risk management software, creating dashboards and reports to support understanding of risk and assurance across the business. \n
- You'll support efforts to improve the quality of the information input into the system through guidance, monitoring, reporting and training. \n
- You'll create reports that will establish a reliable repeatable approach to assessing, analysing and reporting on compliance with the risk and assurance framework. \n
- You'll create reports that present our current risk and assurance position, analysing trends, identify risk and control similarities and inter dependencies. \n
- You support the quarterly reporting to leadership and Governance Groups including our Audit and Risk Committee. \n
- You'll support and coach risk owners and risk champions. \n
Profile
\nA successful Compliance & Risk professional should have:
\n- \n
- A sound knowledge of risk management principles. \n
- Experience of administering, developing the set up and training on using risk management software systems/tools. \n
- Experience with Riskonnect's Active Risk Manager ideal but not essential. \n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assimilate, manage and analyse complex data to inform robust data based recommendations. \n
- Successful managing a range of stakeholders. \n
- Initiative and be self-starting and adaptable. \n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to present complex information in a concise and engaging way. \n

- Competitive salary ranging from £37,934 to £41,364 per annum. \n
