\nWhat You'll Be Doing

- Operating, monitoring, and adjusting production machinery to ensure efficient performance \n
- Carrying out basic machine checks and reporting any faults or issues \n
- Ensuring products meet quality and food safety standards \n
- Following company hygiene, health & safety, and food production procedures \n
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment \n
- Working closely with colleagues to achieve daily production targets \n
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the production area \n

- Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, food production, or machine operating environment is advantageous but not essential \n
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude \n

- Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, nights, and weekends \n
- A proactive approach to health and safety \n
- Right to work in the UK \n
