Engineering Team Leader

I’m currently recruiting for an Engineering Team Leader to join a fast-paced manufacturing site, leading a shift engineering team and taking ownership of maintenance, breakdown response, and performance on shift. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on leadership role that combines technical expertise with team management in a 24/7 production environment. The role operates on a 5 on / 5 off rotating days and nights shift pattern, offering a great balance and consistent structure. Core duties include:\n

• Leading and coordinating all engineering activity on shift

• Managing breakdowns and ensuring minimal downtime
\n
• Driving planned and reactive maintenance standards
\n
• Supporting and developing a team of engineers
\n
• Working closely with production to keep operations running smoothly
\n

About you:\n

• Strong background in electrical or multi-skilled engineering
\n
• Experience within a manufacturing or production environment
\n
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
\n
• Confident problem-solver with a proactive approach
\n
