The Role – Family Law Solicitor / Legal Executive You will join a busy and respected family law department handling a varied privately funded caseload, including:

• Divorce and separation matters
\n
• Financial remedy and property disputes
\n
• Private children law cases (child arrangements, parental responsibility)
\n
• Client negotiation and settlement work
\n
• Ongoing client relationship management and development
\n

Candidate Profile

\n
• Family Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx), or experienced Family Lawyer
\n
• Minimum 2 years’ PQE in family law
\n
• Strong experience in private family matters
\n
• Confident, empathetic communicator
\n
• Ambitious and keen to progress within a growing team
\n
