\n\nWe Do Group is supporting a rapidly growing, Private Equity backed medical services group to hire a Senior Management Accountant.
\nThis role offers the opportunity to join a highly acquisitive business operating across a national network of sites, with ambitious growth plans supported by a leading PE investor.
\nWe are looking for a qualified accountant who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys combining high-quality financial reporting with commercial analysis, business partnering and acquisition integration activities.
\nThis position works closely with the CFO, Head of Finance, senior operational stakeholders and wider leadership team, playing a key role in supporting business performance and helping the finance function scale alongside continued growth.

- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) \n
- Strong management accounting and financial reporting experience \n
- Experience within a multi-site business would be advantageous \n
- Prior exposure to PE-backed environments desirable \n
- Strong Excel and financial analkysis/modelling skills \n
- Experience working with large data sets and multiple reporting entities \n
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process enhancement \n
- Available to start a new role in 1 month or less. \n
The Role
\nThe successful Senior Management Accountant will lead and support the following:
\n- \n
- Ownership of the monthly management accounts process across a growing portfolio of clinics \n
- Preparation of consolidated monthly P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting \n
- Delivering insightful variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior year performance \n
- Supporting annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long-range planning processes \n
- Producing board and investor reporting packs, including key operational and financial KPIs \n
- Business partnering with regional and operational leaders to drive profitability and performance improvements \n
- Supporting financial due diligence and integration activities for newly acquired clinics \n
- Monitoring performance against investment cases and synergy targets \n
- Improving reporting processes, controls and systems to support continued growth and scalability \n
- Supporting cash flow forecasting and working capital management initiatives \n
- Assisting with year-end audit processes and statutory reporting requirements \n
- Mentoring junior finance team members and contributing to the ongoing development of the finance function \n
Your Profile
\nWe are looking for a high-calibre, fully qualified accountant who enjoys operating in a dynamic and commercially focused environment.
\nYou will combine strong technical accounting skills with the ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders and influence decision making across the business.
\nThe successful candidate will be naturally curious, detail orientated and comfortable working in a fast-paced organisation undergoing significant growth and change.
\nYou will enjoy taking ownership, improving processes and supporting strategic initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on delivering accurate and timely financial information.

\nThis role is based in modern central London offices and will require office presence three days per week as a minimum.
