- Manage the general running of the office, ensuring all administrative, operational, and client-facing activities are delivered to a high standard. \n
- Serve as the central point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. \n
- Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to a busy sales team. \n
- Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, and book client appointments. \n
- Maintain accuracy in internal systems, records, and databases. \n
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and maintain office presentation. \n
- Support billing activities and financial processes. \n
- Oversee compliance-related tasks including client checks and onboarding procedures. \n
- Manage office facilities, order supplies, and liaise with contractors as needed. \n
- Maintain health and safety standards across the workplace. \n
- Support IT-related issues by liaising with internal or external providers. \n
- Build positive relationships with colleagues and clients to ensure smooth service delivery. \n

Required Skills & Qualifications:
