Overview

A thriving accountancy firm is looking for a Bookkeeper to join their team. Known for their supportive culture, this firm offers a full range of accountancy, taxation, payroll and advisory services.

This is a Full Time, Hybrid role. Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week.

Salary depends on experience/qualifications.

Duties

\n
• Managing day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple clients across a range of industries
\n
• Preparing and submitting VAT returns in line with statutory deadlines
\n
• Liaising directly with clients and HMRC to resolve queries efficiently
\n
• Attending relevant training and development seminars as required
\n
• Carrying out general administrative and office duties
\n

What we're looking for

A successful candidate will have strong bookkeeping experience within UK accounting practice and live within a 1 hour commute of Fareham.
