\nSalary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
\nOur client is a successful and growing organisation based in Twickenham, looking for an organised and proactive Office Administrator to join their friendly team.
\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic administrator who enjoys variety, takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, and wants to develop their skills within a supportive working environment.
The Role\nAs Office Administrator, you will provide essential support across the day-to-day running of the office, helping ensure that administrative processes are efficient, accurate and well organised.
\nYou will work closely with colleagues across the business, managing a range of administrative tasks while providing excellent support to internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team. \n
- Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence. \n
- Maintain accurate records, databases and filing systems. \n
- Prepare documents, reports and internal communications. \n
- Support diary management, meetings and office coordination. \n
- Process invoices, expenses and purchase orders where required. \n
- Assist with customer and supplier enquiries. \n
- Coordinate office supplies and ensure the workplace runs efficiently. \n
- Support onboarding activities and general HR administration. \n
- Assist with ad hoc projects and operational tasks as required. \n
We are looking for someone who is reliable, organised and enjoys working in a varied office environment.
\nYou will ideally have:

- Previous experience in an administrative, office support or coordination role. \n
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. \n
- Good written and verbal communication skills. \n
- A confident and professional telephone manner. \n
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages. \n
- The ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines. \n
- A positive, proactive approach and willingness to support the wider team. \n

- Salary of £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience. \n
