Assembly Worker

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (early finish on Fridays) Start time: 07:45

We are currently seeking a Temporary Assembly Operative to join our production team for a minimum of one month, with the potential for extension depending on workload.

The role supports a busy production environment during a peak period and involves working on an assembly line, primarily assembling electro-mechanical controllers, including finishing and boxing completed products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly of components in line with production requirements
\n
• Finishing, inspecting and boxing products to required standards
\n
• Following clear work instructions and supervisor guidance
\n
• Completing basic documentation and production records accurately
\n
• Supporting team targets and maintaining a clean, safe work area
\n

Candidate Requirements:

• Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately
\n
• Comfortable with hands-on assembly work
\n
• Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
\n
• Reliable, punctual and able to stand and carry out physical tasks
\n
• Previous assembly or factory experience
\n
