I'm partnering with a leading UK specialist motor insurer on the appointment of an experienced Fleet Underwriter.This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing underwriting team, managing a portfolio of medium to complex Fleet risks while developing broker relationships and influencing underwriting strategy.The Role:* Underwrite new business, renewals and mid-term adjustments across a specialist Fleet portfolio* Make sound commercial decisions within delegated authority* Build and maintain strong broker relationships* Analyse portfolio performance and identify profitability opportunities* Support underwriting strategy and product development* Act as a technical referral point and support junior colleaguesAbout You:* Previous UK Fleet underwriting experience* Strong technical risk assessment and pricing skills* Commercially minded with excellent broker relationship experience* Confident decision-maker with a collaborative approachA fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing specialist insurer with strong career development prospects.Interested?
