Night Operations Coordinator, Location: Gloucester, Shifts: Sunday–Thursday (20:00 start) Salary: £30,049.50 per annum, Sector: Logistics / Warehouse / Operations Support, Temp to Perm Opportunity About the Role Pertemps are recruiting on behalf of our client, for a Night Operations Coordinator to join their busy Gloucester Control Room. This is a central role within the operation, acting as the data hub for the wider warehouse network and supporting multiple depots across the UK.You’ll play a key part in driving performance through data, supporting operational teams, and helping maintain a consistent, high-performing culture using best-in-class operational practices.Full training will be provided on all internal systems – no prior knowledge required.Key Responsibilities\n

• Produce and analyse daily and weekly productivity data across the network
\n
• Monitor system compliance for up to 15 sites
\n
• Support operational teams with system and equipment queries
\n
• Communicate effectively with depots via phone, Microsoft Teams, and email
\n
• Assist with administrative duties within the Gloucester operation
\n
• Contribute to KPI reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
\n
• Work closely with teams at all levels of the operation
\n

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel

• Excellent problem-solving ability

• Confident communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational and workload management skills
\n
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines

• Flexibility to cover different shift patterns when require
\n

Desirable (but not essential)\n

• Knowledge of OMS (Operations Management Systems)

• Experience with productivity reporting or data analysis

• System-based operational experience
