Job Description
As a Process Safety Engineer, you will be responsible for driving and enhancing process safety standards across a key manufacturing site based in Kingston Upon Hull.

\nDescription
\nThe Process Safety Engineer will be responsible for, however not limited to;
\n- \n
- Providing specialist technical support across process safety within site operations and capital projects \n
- Leading and facilitate process hazard analyses, including HAZOP, LOPA, and Process Risk Assessments \n
- Supporting and govern Management of Change (MoC) processes to ensure effective risk mitigation \n
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to embed best-in-class process safety tools and methodologies \n
- Driving improvements in process safety performance, risk reduction, and asset reliability \n
- Leading or supporting incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective actions \n
- Ensuring delivery of risk assessments and associated actions in line with agreed timelines \n
- Developing and implement performance metrics, reporting frameworks, and governance structures to strengthen safety performance \n
Profile
\nA successful Process Safety Engineer should have:
\n- \n
- A degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field. \n
- Proven knowledge of process safety principles and regulations. \n
- Experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing safety measures. \n
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to identify potential risks. \n
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. \n
Job Offer
