Admin Support OfficerLocation: Bangor, WalesPay: £13.96 per hourContract: 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday until 31st March 2027We are currently recruiting for an Admin Support Officer to join a busy and supportive team based in Bangor, Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who enjoys variety in their day-to-day work and takes pride in providing excellent administrative support.This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be supporting senior colleagues, coordinating logistics, managing administrative tasks, and helping ensure the smooth running of operational activities.Key Responsibilities\n

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the wider team
  • \n
  • Assisting senior colleagues with operational activities and field-based work
  • \n
  • Organising and coordinating courier collections and deliveries
  • \n
  • Ordering equipment, supplies and PPE as required
  • \n
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • \n
  • Liaising with internal teams, suppliers and external stakeholders
  • \n
  • Coordinating vehicle servicing, maintenance appointments and cleaning schedules
  • \n
  • Driving fleet vehicles to and from servicing and cleaning appointments
  • \n
  • Supporting the team with general office administration and ad-hoc tasks
  • \n

  • An experienced administrator with strong organisational skills
  • \n
  • A confident and professional communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • \n
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
  • \n
  • Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
  • \n
  • Proactive, flexible and willing to support colleagues where needed
  • \n
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel

Essential Requirements\n

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • \n
  • Previous administrative experience
  • \n
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • \n
  • Ability to drive fleet vehicles as part of the role
  • \n
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills
  • \n
