• Lead the finance function, ensuring robust reporting, controls and governance
\n
• Act as a trusted member of the leadership team, contributing to strategy and business planning
\n
• Provide clear financial insight to support better decision making and drive overall performance
\n
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and planning processes
\n
• Strengthen visibility of business performance, identifying risks and opportunities early
\n
• Manage cash, financial risk and overall financial discipline
\n
• Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to support growth and efficiency
\n
• Build and develop a capable, engaged finance team
\n
• Ensure high quality reporting within a structured group environment
\n

Key Skills preferred\n

\n
• Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
\n
• Experience operating at FD or senior finance leadership level
\n
• Background in engineering, manufacturing or a commercially driven environment
\n
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence and challenge
\n
• Experience working within a group or structured reporting environment
\n
• Confident communicator, able to engage and influence at Board level
\n
• Hands on, pragmatic style with a willingness to get close to the business
\n
• Strong leadership capability with experience developing teams
\n
