Property Solicitor (Residential & Commercial)

The Opportunity

Our client, an established and forward-thinking law firm in Doncaster are recruiting a Property Solicitor as part of their growth plans. This is an excellent opportunity to handle a mixed caseload, with a strong emphasis on commercial property work, while still retaining exposure to residential conveyancing.

\n

The firm is also open to considering residential conveyancing solicitors looking to transition into commercial property, offering support and development to help you broaden your expertise.

\n

The Role

\n

You will manage a varied caseload including:

\n
    \n
  • Commercial property matters (majority of work):\n
      \n
    • Acquisitions and disposals
    • \n
    • Commercial leases
    • \n
    • Landlord & tenant matters
    • \n
    • Development work and refinancing
    • \n
  • \n
  • Residential conveyancing:\n
      \n
    • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
    • \n
    • Transfers of equity
    • \n
    • Re-mortgages
    • \n
  • \n
\n

You will work closely with the wider team, providing support to junior members of staff and have the opportunity to build strong client relationships across both private and commercial sectors.

About You

\n

We are keen to speak with candidates who:

\n
    \n
  • Are a qualified Solicitor, all levels of PQE will be considered
  • \n
  • Have experience in commercial property and / or residential conveyancing with applications from Residential Conveyancing Solicitors who want to move into commercial property encouraged, with full support provided.
  • \n
  • Have strong client care and communication skills
  • \n
  • Are organised, proactive, and able to manage their own caseload
  • \n
