What we're looking for:\n

Previous Band 5 Pharmacy experience

MMPT External Accreditation is essential(please note: internal hospital MMPT accreditation will not be accepted)

Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail

\n

Excellent communication and organisational skills

\n

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
