- Provide day-to-day administrative support to fee earners, including diary management, inbox management and appointment scheduling. \n
- Coordinate client meetings, conference calls and internal meetings, ensuring all arrangements run smoothly. \n
- Arrange business travel, accommodation and meeting logistics. \n
- Prepare, format and proofread legal documents, correspondence and reports to a consistently high standard. \n
- Manage document production, scanning, printing and electronic filing. \n
- Assist with opening new client matters and maintaining accurate records within document management systems. \n
- Prepare both electronic and hard copy court bundles. \n
- Liaise professionally with courts, external organisations and clients. \n
- Process billing information, work-in-progress reports, expense claims and time recording. \n
- Conduct legal, company and regulatory searches accurately and efficiently. \n
- Support marketing initiatives, business development activities and client events. \n
- Provide wider administrative support across the legal team and assist senior leadership when required. \n
- Contribute to continuous improvements that enhance team efficiency and client service. \n

- Previous administration experience, ideally within a legal, financial or professional services environment. \n
- Excellent organisational and time management skills. \n
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. \n
- Excellent document formatting and typing skills. \n
- Outstanding written and verbal communication. \n
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. \n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work. \n
- Comfortable working to deadlines and adapting to changing priorities. \n

- Experience as a Legal Administrator, Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary or within another professional services organisation. \n
- Experience using document management or case management systems. \n
- Administration or secretarial qualification. \n
- Graduate or educated to A-level (or equivalent). \n
