- Providing visible, hands-on health and safety guidance across operational areas, supporting teams to work safely and confidently \n
- Driving a positive safety culture through coaching, mentoring, and consistent engagement with colleagues at all levels \n
- Leading and supporting safety improvement initiatives to reduce risk, incidents, and operational loss \n
- Monitoring safety performance, analysing trends, and implementing practical improvements \n
- Supporting audits, investigations, and regulatory interactions, ensuring high standards and timely actions \n

- Proven experience in a health and safety role within manufacturing, engineering, or a similar environment \n
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across diverse teams \n
- A NEBOSH General Certificate as a minimum, ideally working towards or already achieved Diploma level \n
- Confidence in analysing data, leading investigations, and driving continuous improvement \n
- A proactive, approachable mindset with a genuine passion for keeping people safe \n
