Paraplanner | First Step into Team Leader
\nLocation: Outskirts of Guildford
\nHybrid Working: Three days in the office and two days from home (Wednesday is the dedicated team collaboration day)
\nSalary: Up to £55,000 depending on experience and qualifications

\nPerhaps you've been mentoring junior team members, helping with technical queries or informally leading within your current team, but haven't yet had the opportunity to step into an official Team Leader position.

\nThe Opportunity
\nThis role has been created for someone who is technically strong and ready to begin their leadership journey.
\nYou don't need previous people management experience. Instead, the business is looking for someone who enjoys helping others, and wants to become the "go-to" person within the paraplanning team.
\nYou'll work closely with the Head of Paraplanning, who will provide ongoing support and mentoring as you develop your leadership skills.
\nAt the same time, you'll remain heavily involved in paraplanning, continuing to work on complex and interesting client cases while gradually taking on more responsibility within the team.
\nWhat They're Looking For

- Significant paraplanning experience within an independent, whole-of-market financial planning firm \n
- Diploma qualified, with aspirations to continue through to Chartered \n
- Excellent technical knowledge across pensions, investments and holistic financial planning \n
- Someone who naturally enjoys helping, mentoring and supporting colleagues \n
- Ambition to develop into a Team Leader with full support from the business \n
