Location: Canterbury, Chartham Contract: Temporary to PermanentPay: £13.43 to £13.76 per hour (Overtime £16) Hours: 5 days a week, 10-12 hour shifts (inc weekends)

Role OverviewHRGO Recruitment is seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver for a reputable company based in Canterbury. This is a fantastic temporary-to-permanent opportunity for someone motivated, safety-conscious, and keen to contribute to a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

    Operating counterbalance forklifts to load and unload pallets of fruit

    • \n
  • \n

    Transporting stock safely around the warehouse and yard

    • \n
  • \n

    General warehouse duties including stock control and inventory management

    • \n
  • \n

    Ensuring all forklift operations are conducted safely and in line with company procedures

    • \n

Ideal Candidate Will Be

\n
    \n
  • \n

    In possession of a valid Counterbalance forklift licence and relevant experience

    • \n
  • \n

    Experienced in forklift operation within a warehouse or logistics setting

    • \n
  • \n

    Reliable, with good attention to detail and a strong work ethic

    • \n
  • \n

    Able to carry out manual tasks when required

    • \n
  • \n

    A team player with good communication skills

    • \n
