Concierge£30,000 - £35,000London, UK Permanent – Office Based Our client is seeking a proactive concierge to act as the first point of contact for residents and visitors within a busy residential environment. This is ideal for someone with a background in hospitality, property or security who thrives in a front-of-house role.What you’ll do:\n

• Deliver exceptional front-of-house service to residents, visitors, and contractors.
\n
• Act as the main point of contact for all queries and issue resolution.
\n
• Manage parcels, deliveries, and secure handover procedures.
\n
• Carry out building patrols and support health & safety compliance.
\n
• Assist with amenity bookings and daily resident services.
\n
• Liaise with maintenance and operational teams where required.
\n
• Maintain accurate shift handovers and clear team communication.
\n

Who you are:\n

• Previous experience in hospitality, property, security, or a similar customer-facing role.
\n
• Strong communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
\n
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
\n
• Flexible and comfortable working shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
\n
• Hands-on team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
