Reach Truck Driver

Driver Hire Southampton is currently recruiting for a Reach Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse team. This is an ongoing position with an immediate start available.

Please note: This role is based within a temperature-controlled cold store environment operating at approximately -18°C. Full cold-weather PPE and protective clothing will be provided.

(Expired Licence Holders Welcome - Refresher Training Available)

Pay Rate: £13.75 - £15.85 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Operating a Reach Truck to move, load and unload stock safely throughout the warehouse
\n
• Picking and preparing orders accurately for dispatch.
\n
• Receiving inbound deliveries and storing goods in designated warehouse locations.
\n
• Carrying out stock movements and inventory checks.
\n
• Reporting damaged stock, shortages or discrepancies to management.
\n
• Re-stacking and organising pallets ready for storage or distribution.
\n
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
\n
• Following all health and safety procedures and company policies.
\n
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Reach Truck Licence Required (Expired Licence Holders Welcome - Refresher Training Available)
\n
• Minimum 1 year's Reach Truck operating experience.
\n
• Previous MHE equipment experience.
\n
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
\n
