Assistant Acoustic Consultant

Our client is looking for a talented Junior Acoustic Consultant to join their growing team in Huddersfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around two years' consultancy experience looking to develop their career within a highly respected specialist acoustic consultancy.

* Around two years' experience within an acoustic consultancy.

* A degree in Acoustics, Engineering, Physics or a related discipline.

* Experience with sound insulation testing, noise surveys and technical report writing.

* Familiarity with acoustic modelling software.

* Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

* Carry out sound insulation testing and environmental noise surveys.

* Produce technical reports and practical acoustic advice for clients.

* Undertake acoustic modelling to support planning and design.

* Work alongside senior consultants on projects from inception through to completion.

* Liaise with clients, architects and multidisciplinary design teams.

* Exposure to nationally significant and high-profile projects.
