- Manage and oversee a portfolio of private clients, including high-net-worth individuals and business owners. \n
- Provide expert tax planning advice, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. \n
- Prepare and review complex personal tax returns. \n
- Identify and implement tax-saving opportunities for clients. \n
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries promptly and professionally. \n
- Support and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and performance. \n
- Stay up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations affecting private clients. \n
- Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive client services. \n
Profile
\nA successful Private Client Tax Manager should have:

- A recognised qualification in tax, such as ATT or CTA. \n
- Strong knowledge of UK personal tax legislation and compliance processes. \n
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of private clients. \n
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues. \n
- A proactive approach to identifying tax planning opportunities. \n
- Experience in Trusts, Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains tax. \n
