\nA leading UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Administrator to join its growing team in Burton-upon-Trent. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator with experience within the asbestos or environmental sector, looking to join a supportive business with excellent long-term career prospects.
\nWorking closely with the Regional Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the office, supporting surveyors and analysts while delivering outstanding customer service to clients.

The Role\nActing as the first point of contact for client enquiries and delivering excellent customer service
\nScheduling appointments and coordinating works for asbestos Surveyors and Analysts
\nSupporting the Regional Manager with the day-to-day running of the office
\nProducing and issuing asbestos reports (full training provided)
\nManaging diaries, booking appointments, and organising accommodation
\nUpdating in-house databases and maintaining accurate records
\nUsing Microsoft Office and internal systems to produce reports and correspondence
\nOrdering office supplies and maintaining stock levels
\nCompleting daily administrative reports and supporting the wider team as required
About You\nMinimum 2 years' experience within an administration or office support role
\nPrevious experience within the asbestos or environmental consultancy sector (essential)
\nExperience scheduling engineers, surveyors, or field-based staff
\nStrong customer service and communication skills
\nConfident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
\nExperience using CAD (desirable but not essential)
\nHighly organised with excellent attention to detail
\nAble to work under pressure and prioritise workload effectively
