\nKey responsibilities:

- Provide HR advice and guidance to management and staff on a range of employment matters. \n
- Assist with recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, screening applicants, and organising interviews. \n
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees. \n
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data protection compliance. \n
- Monitor and promote HR policies and procedures across the organisation. \n
- Assist with grievances, disciplinaries, and performance management processes. \n
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programmes. \n
About you:
\n- \n
- Previous experience as an HR Advisor or in a comparable HR role. \n
- CIPD level 3 or 5 preferred. \n
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \n
- Organised with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities. \n
- Proactive, approachable, and supportive approach to working with colleagues. \n
- Confidence in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite. \n
- Enjoys working as part of a supportive team. \n
- Looking for a term time only opportunity. \n
What’s on offer:

- Salary in the region of £23,000 - £24,600 (pro-rata salary for term time only, 30 hours per week). \n
- Part-time hours with flexible working arrangements, preferably over 5 days, 4 as a minimum. \n
