- Job Type: Full-time - Fixed Term Contract for 6 months \n
- Salary: £25,000 - £28,000pa dependent on experience \n
Reed are delighted to be working with a global company who are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of their Human Resources department. This position involves providing both routine and ad-hoc administrative support, ensuring HR processes run efficiently and assisting with recruitment and compliance with company policies.
\nDay-to-day of the role:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS, ensuring confidentiality in accordance with UK legislation. \n
- Co-ordinate new starter documentation and induction plans, liaising with site security and collaborating with the Talent Acquisition Partner and Hiring Managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. \n
- Handle administrative duties related to employee changes, including promotions, terminations and benefits. \n
- Collate all relevant payroll data for monthly submissions, implementing changes to ensure accuracy and timeliness. \n
- Manage health-associated policies and appointments, liaising with external providers as required. \n
- Ensure compliance with UK legislation and industry-specific requirements, particularly concerning Right to Work documentation and contractual agreements. \n
- Facilitate internal communication related to HR policies, events and business-specific requirements. \n
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team, including managing travel requirements, expenses and meetings. \n
- Co-ordinate non-technical training requirements, including organising rooms for employee training and updating training systems. \n
- Participate in billing and accounting duties as needed, including resolving billing questions and managing invoices related to senior management activities and site events. \n
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- CIPD Qualification or part CIPD qualified is desirable but not essential, or an equivalent level of expertise. \n
- Proficiency in MS Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and OneDrive. \n
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong professional relationships. \n
- Highly motivated with strong decision-making skills and the ability to work under pressure. \n
- Good attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving. \n
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. \n
