Support Worker

We are currently recruiting a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker in the NN4 area.

The Role:

\n
• Full-time Support Worker position based in the NN4 area of Northampton
\n
• Minimum commitment of 6 weeks required, with potential for a longer-term opportunity
\n
• Flexible rota-based shifts between 7:00am and 10:00pm
\n
• Sleep-in opportunities available
\n
• Driver preferred but not essential
\n
• Immediate start available
\n

Essential Requirements:

\n
• Minimum 12 months’ UK care experience
\n
• Experience working with children and/or young people is highly desirable
\n
• Experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviour preferred
\n
• Previous experience in an EBD home, residential care setting, or similar environment is advantageous
\n
• Experience with personal care, medication, and moving & handling
\n
• Ability to commit to full-time flexible rota work for at least 6 weeks
\n
• Right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role)
\n
• Reliable, resilient, and compassionate approach to care
\n
