Key responsibilities of the Production Supervisor include:

• Managing shift activities in line with production and planning schedules
\n
• Taking ownership of Health, Safety and Environmental standards across your areas
\n
• Ensuring shift manning levels support departmental targets
\n
• Driving lean manufacturing and good housekeeping practices
\n
• Working cross-functionally to minimise downtime and keep material flowing efficiently
\n
• Managing documentation, costs and production consumables
\n

We’re looking for experienced Production Supervisors with the below skills & experience:

\n
• Previous supervisory experience within a heavy manufacturing environment
\n
• Understanding of quality and technical processes within the forge industry
\n
• Working knowledge of NDT and inspection processes
\n
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
\n
• Exposure to highly regulated sectors
\n
• A hands-on, can-do leader who thrives under pressure and drives continuous improvement
\n
