Team PA & Events Coordinator 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract£50,000ASAP start! We are seeking an experienced, proactive and highly organised Team PA & Events Coordinator to join our dynamic Asset Management business on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to support a busy team while taking ownership of the coordination and delivery of a range of internal and client-facing events, whilst also providing support to a busy team, supporting across varying levels. The successful assistant will be a confident relationship builder with exceptional organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a keen eye for detail. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, often chaotic environment and enjoy being at the heart of a collaborative team.What you’ll do:\n

  • Provide proactive diary management for senior team members across the business
  • \n
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, room bookings and catering.
  • \n
  • Arrange UK and international travel, accommodation and itineraries.
  • \n
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations and documentation.
  • \n
  • Process expenses and invoices in a timely manner.
  • \n
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • \n
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the team.
  • \n

  • Support with theplanning and delivery of a variety of client events, conferences, seminars and internal meetings.
  • \n
  • Liaise with venues, suppliers and external partners.
  • \n
  • Manage invitations, RSVPs and attendee communications.
  • \n
  • Coordinate event logistics, including catering, AV requirements and guest lists.
  • \n
  • Support event budgets and ensure all activities are delivered efficiently.
  • \n
  • Assist with post-event reporting and feedback.
  • \n
What you’ll need:\n
    \n
  • Previous experience supporting a team within financial or professional services – front office environments preferred
  • \n
  • Experience organising events from planning through to delivery.
  • \n
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • \n
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • \n
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • \n
  • A positive, flexible and collaborative approach.
  • \n
