Reed Legal are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in North Wales, who are looking to expand their Residential Property team with the addition of an experienced Residential Property Fee Earner.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and personable conveyancing professional to join a supportive firm with a strong local reputation and a loyal client base.

The Role

As a Residential Property Fee Earner, you will manage your own caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, with minimal supervision. You will be joining a collaborative team environment that values client service and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a full caseload of residential property files including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and new builds
\n
• Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients throughout the transaction process
\n
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors
\n
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal procedures
\n
• Delivering an excellent client experience to support ongoing business growth and referrals
\n

Requirements

\n
• Previous experience as a Residential Property Fee Earner, Conveyancer, or similar role
\n
• Ability to handle a high-volume caseload independently
\n
• Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process
\n
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
\n
• A client-focused approach with strong attention to detail
\n
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced non-qualified fee earners are all encouraged to apply
\n
