\nBasic Salary: £28,000 - £39,520
\nContract: Full Time, Term Time Only
\nHours: 37.5 hours per week

Your Role and Responsibilities\nAs a SEN Class Teacher, you will:

- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the complex SEMH needs of all pupils. \n
- Support the class team in facilitating learning opportunities and promoting positive behaviors. \n
- Report on pupils' progress and concerns, collaborating with other staff to ensure all needs are met. \n
- Supervise pupils during non-classroom time, including extracurricular activities and school trips. \n
- Build positive relationships with your pupils, driving interaction and fostering positive learning outcomes. \n
To thrive in this role, you should:

- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). \n
- Have a strong educational background at degree level. \n
- Bring previous successful teaching experience. \n
- Possess experience working with pupils with SEMH in an educational setting. \n
- Have knowledge of behavior management techniques. \n
- Be committed to professional development and eager to learn. \n
- Be willing to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check prior to starting work. \n
