About the Role\n
\nWe are currently recruiting for a Facilities Team Member to support operations at a busy accommodation site in Edinburgh. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone practical, reliable, and customer-focused who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.\n
\n Main Duties\n

\n
• Carrying out general maintenance and facilities duties across the property
\n
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the student accommodation site
\n
• Completing room checks and reporting maintenance issues
\n
• Assisting with basic repairs and reactive maintenance tasks
\n
• Ensuring communal areas are clean, safe, and well maintained
\n
• Supporting health & safety procedures across site
\n
• Assisting with deliveries, stock movement, and site set-up where required
\n
• Providing excellent customer service to students, visitors, and contractors
\n
• Responding to emergencies or on-site issues when required
\n
