\nWe're looking for a Multi-skilled Condition Monitoring Technician to join our growing team, carrying out specialist inspections across industrial and commercial sites throughout the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an electrical or mechanical background who enjoys working independently, travelling to different customer sites and developing their technical skills.\n
\nYou'll use industry-leading equipment to identify faults before they become costly breakdowns, helping customers improve reliability, reduce downtime and increase energy efficiency.\n
What You'll Be Doing\n
\nYou'll carry out a range of predictive maintenance and condition monitoring services, including:\n
\n

\n
• Thermal imaging surveys of electrical systems, switchgear, control panels and mechanical equipment
\n
• Vibration analysis on motors, pumps, bearings, fans, gearboxes and rotating machinery
\n
• Compressed air leak detection using specialist ultrasonic equipment
\n
• Partial discharge testing on electrical assets (where trained and authorised)
\n
• Producing professional technical reports with clear recommendations
\n
• Working directly with customers across a wide range of industrial environments throughout the UK
\n

\nNo two days are the sameyou'll be working on different sites, different equipment and different engineering challenges every week.\n
The Equipment You'll Use\n
\nYou'll be provided with all the specialist equipment you need, including:\n
\n

\n
• Thermal imaging cameras
\n
• Vibration analysers
\n
• Ultrasonic air leak detection equipment
\n
• Partial discharge testing equipment (TEV, UHF and ultrasonic sensors)
\n
• Laptop and tablet
\n
• Company vehicle, fuel card, tools and PPE
\n

\n
What We're Looking For\n
\nWe're interested in people with experience in one or more of the following:\n
\n

\n
• Electrical maintenance or industrial engineering
\n
• Mechanical maintenance and rotating equipment
\n
• Thermography or thermal imaging
\n
• Vibration analysis
\n
• Reliability or predictive maintenance
\n
• Condition monitoring
\n
• Industrial inspections or fault finding
\n

\n
\nA full UK driving licence is essential.\n
\nQualifications in thermography, vibration analysis or partial discharge testing are desirablebut if you have the right attitude and engineering background, we'll support your ongoing development and training.\n
