Salary

The base annual rate for this role is 12.71 per hour, plus service charge.

About the role

As a Leisure Operations Assistant, your duties will include:

Checking people into the gym, managing across several systems

Stock ordering

Working with the management team to resolve any issues

Handing out robes, towels and slippers for our famous Fire & Ice experience

Looking after lost property

Liaising with the membership team to support the signing up of new members

About you

Previous experience in a leisure environment is not required, however some customer service experience and having worked in a fast-paced environment would be useful. We are always looking for someone who:
