\n- Speaking with candidates and customers face-to-face and on the phone\n
\n- Building strong relationships with local businesses\n
\n- Matching candidates to roles that really suit them\n
\n- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish\n
\n-Hitting targets and celebrating wins as a team\n
\n

\n- Sales or customer service experience (recruitment experience is a bonus, not a must!)\n
