Location: Yate/ South Gloucestershire (Hybrid)\n
Hours: 08:30am – 5:00pm with a 45-minute lunch\n
Pay rate: £13.90+ per hour\n
Contract: Temporary ongoing (minimum 6-month commitment could lead to a permanent role for the right candidate)\n

\n We are seeking a proactive Customer Service Administrator / Helpdesk Advisor to support order processing and customer enquiries, This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple systems in a fast paced, multi site environment.\n

Key Responsibilities:\n

- Process customer orders accurately and in line with procedures
\n - Manage inbound and outbound customer calls and general enquiries
\n - Act as a key point of contact between different sites to ensure smooth order flow and issue resolution
\n - Investigate and resolve customer issues including mis-shipments, credit requests, delivery queries, and proof of delivery requests
\n - Maintain and update order information across multiple systems and spreadsheets (Excel)
\n - Monitor order progress and proactively identify and resolve issues before escalation
\n - Escalate complex queries where required, ensuring timely resolution
\n - Ensure high levels of data accuracy and compliance with internal processes
\n - Support continuous improvement in customer service and order management processes

Skills & Experience:\n
\n
\n
- \n
- Previous administration or call centre experience in a fast paced environment is essential
\n - Strong communication and customer service skills
\n - Highly organised, detail-focused, and solutions-driven approach
\n - Confident IT skills especially using Excel and multiple systems in a busy environment
\n - Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
\n
