Salary: £27,000–£30,000 per annum + Overtime Available\n
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–15:00 | Fulltime\n

\n We're looking for a reliable and detail-focused Warehouse Operative to join our team in Eynsham.\n
\n
\n This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a clean, organised warehouse where accuracy and quality are valued over speed. You'll become part of a supportive team responsible for ensuring materials and products are received, stored and dispatched safely and efficiently.\n

The Role\n
\n
\n As a Warehouse Operative, you'll be responsible for a variety of warehouse duties, including:\n
\n

\n
• Receiving and processing inbound deliveries.
\n
• Unloading vehicles and moving stock into the warehouse.
\n
• Accurately booking stock using warehouse management systems.
\n
• Storing materials safely within designated locations.
\n
• Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch.
\n
• Processing returns and reusable packaging.
\n
• Supporting stock control and inventory checks.
\n
• Assisting with specialist warehouse activities following full training.
\n
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, quality and health & safety.

What We're Looking For\n

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
\n
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
\n
• Experience using warehouse or stock management systems is beneficial.
\n
• A positive attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team.
\n
• Someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work.

Desirable Skills\n
\n

\n
• Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
\n
• Reach Truck Licence.
\n
• Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) experience.
\n
• Full UK Driving Licence.
\n
