Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid)

Salary: £65-70,000 + Benefits

We're partnering with a dynamic, fast-growing business in Milton Keynes that's looking to appoint a commercially focused Finance Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business experiencing strong growth, where finance plays a key role in driving strategic decision-making and business performance.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you'll act as a trusted business partner, providing insightful analysis, challenging performance, and helping the leadership team make informed commercial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders to drive business performance.
\n
• Deliver insightful financial analysis, reporting and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
\n
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business areas.
\n
• Analyse revenue, margins, costs and profitability, identifying risks and opportunities.
\n
• Develop meaningful KPIs and performance dashboards.
\n
• Support pricing, investment appraisals and commercial business cases.
\n
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting and controls.
\n
• Present financial insights clearly to senior leadership and non-finance stakeholders.
\n

About You

We're looking for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working closely with the wider business and influencing decision-making.

You'll ideally have:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or equivalent).
\n
• Previous experience in a Commercial Finance Manager, Finance Business Partner or similar role.
\n
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical skills.
\n
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
\n
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
\n
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to challenge and add value.
\n
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
\n
