Finance Business Partnering manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Finance Business Partnering Manager to join a busy finance function on an interim basis within a large and complex organisation.

• Provide strategic financial support across multiple service areas
\n
• Contribute to ongoing transformation and improvement initiatives within the finance function
\n
• Lead, manage, and develop a team, driving both individual and collective performance
\n
• Support effective financial planning, governance, and risk management frameworks
\n
• Build strong relationships and provide clear, credible financial insight to key stakeholders
\n
• Prioritise and coordinate workloads to foster a high-performing team environment
\n
• Identify risks and issues early, implementing practical solutions
\n
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and strong organisational performance
\n

\n
• Fully qualified accountant (CCAB or CIMA) with substantial post-qualified experience
\n
• Proven background in a business partnering capacity
\n
• Strong leadership, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
\n
• Good commercial awareness, with insight into cost drivers and value creation
\n
• Demonstrated experience supporting change initiatives within finance teams
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
\n
• Solid understanding of financial management, controls, and governance
\n
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to drive outcomes
\n
