Administrative Coordinator (Part-Time)

Location: Head Office (Hybrid working available following completion of training)Hours: 12 hours per weekSalary: £14.66 per hour (£9,147.84 per annum)

We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrative Coordinator to provide essential administrative support across a range of HR and Learning & Development functions. This is a part-time opportunity offering flexibility around working hours; however, candidates must be available to provide office presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to support Learning & Development coordination requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Issue and maintain records relating to Refund of Fees requests.
  • \n
  • Administer and coordinate training bookings, ensuring accurate scheduling and communication.
  • \n
  • Maintain and update the Training Matrix, ensuring all employee training records are accurately recorded.
  • \n
  • Manage the Bradford Absence Scoring Process, monitoring attendance data and supporting reporting requirements.
  • \n
  • Administer and maintain XTB casework, ensuring records are updated and managed efficiently.
  • \n
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider team as required.
  • \n

Person Specification

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role.
  • \n
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • \n
  • Confidence working with databases, spreadsheets, and record-keeping systems.
  • \n
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • \n
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • \n
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • \n
  • A professional, discreet, and confidential approach when handling sensitive information.
  • \n
