Credit Controller

Your new roleAs a Credit Controller, you will manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring timely payment of invoices and minimising aged debt. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and maintain accurate records. Key duties include:

• Proactive chasing of outstanding invoices by phone and email

• Managing credit limits,
\n
• Resolving billing discrepancies and collaborating with internal teams
\n
• Producing aged debt reports and supporting month-end processes
\n
• Maintaining strong client relationships while enforcing credit terms
\n

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in credit control

• Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with senior client contacts

• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational ability

• A proactive, resilient approach to reducing aged debt and improving cash flow

• Competence with finance systems and Excel
