The role

As a Family Solicitor in Aberdeen, you'll advise clients across a range of private family law matters while delivering practical and compassionate guidance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising on separation and divorce matters
\n
• Assisting clients with financial provision and asset division issues
\n
• Managing child-related matters where appropriate
\n
• Supporting clients through sensitive and often complex situations
\n
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
\n
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider family law team
\n
• Delivering commercially focused and practical legal advice
\n

About you

This role would suit a Family Solicitor who:

• Has 2+ years' PQE in family law
\n
• Is confident managing a varied caseload
\n
• Has experience advising on divorce, separation and financial matters
\n
• Demonstrates excellent communication and client care skills
\n
• Can work independently while contributing to a wider team
\n
• Is empathetic, organised and solutions-focused
\n
• Takes a proactive approach to client service and business development
\n
