Reed HR have partnered with a fantastic company who are looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to provide high-quality and efficient HR administrative support within the business.
\nThis role is ideal for someone with a strong background in HR administration, keen on ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and systems.
\nDay-to-day of the role:

- Maintain up-to-date HR records, both manual and electronic, ensuring all documentation is correctly filed. \n
- Process leavers within required time frames and calculate holiday payouts. \n
- Ensure that people data in electronic systems is current and accurate. \n
- Monitor and review probationary and exit interview processes. \n
- Manage ETI breaches and coordinate all absence management processes including return to work. \n
- Provide reports and analysis on HR activities as required. \n
- Carry out right to work checks in line with legislation and maintain the right to work database. \n
- Update internal databases, such as those for sick leave, maternity, and paternity leave. \n
- Prepare HR documents when necessary, such as employment contracts. \n
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related queries. \n
- Assist with payroll by providing relevant employee information, such as holiday and sick days taken. \n
- Assist with case management for ER issues. \n
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience as an administrator or HR administrator is preferable. \n
- Computer literacy, especially with programs like Microsoft Word and Excel. \n
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively. \n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. \n
