Join our award-winning Property Team at a Legal 500 ranked firm known for our ambitious approach and commitment to growth. We are seeking a Professional Support Lawyer to play a strategic role in shaping how legal knowledge is developed and delivered within our Property team.

Day-to-day of the role:

\n
    \n
  • Knowledge & Technical Support:\n
      \n
    • Develop and maintain high-quality precedents, templates, and guidance notes.
    • \n
    • Manage and enhance the team’s know-how repository.
    • \n
    • Provide practical legal research and technical support on complex property matters.
    • \n
    • Monitor and communicate legal and regulatory developments.
    • \n
    • Drive consistency and standardisation across documents and processes.
    • \n
  • \n
  • Training & Development:\n
      \n
    • Identify and deliver training across all levels of the Property team.
    • \n
    • Design and implement engaging learning programmes.
    • \n
    • Support trainee development and induction.
    • \n
    • Lead on updates relating to legislative changes.
    • \n
  • \n
  • Business Development & Client Support:\n
      \n
    • Contribute to client briefings, legal updates, and training sessions.
    • \n
    • Support pitches, tenders, and marketing materials.
    • \n
    • Produce thought leadership and sector-focused insights for clients.
    • \n
  • \n
  • Innovation & Change:\n
      \n
    • Support the team’s innovation and legal tech strategy.
    • \n
    • Improve workflows and transaction processes.
    • \n
    • Promote the use of knowledge systems and document automation.
    • \n
    • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
    • \n
  • \n
  • Collaboration & Strategy:\n
      \n
    • Work closely with colleagues across Property and other practice areas.
    • \n
    • Support departmental initiatives and strategic projects.
    • \n
    • Encourage collaboration between Commercial and Residential teams.
    • \n
  • \n
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

\n
    \n
  • 6+ PQE in Commercial and/or Residential Property.
  • \n
  • Previous PSL experience or a strong fee earner looking to transition into a knowledge role.
  • \n
  • Excellent technical expertise across property law.
  • \n
  • Strong drafting, research, and precedent development skills.
  • \n
  • Confident communicator with experience delivering training.
  • \n
  • Commercially aware with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • \n
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented.
  • \n
